Saksham Goyal develops Pocket Orbit. This policy explains how this game and its support pages handle information.

Game progress stays on your device

Scores, completed flights, earned stardust, cosmetic unlocks, and preferences are stored locally. The game has no account system or online save synchronization. An unreadable save may be retained as a local recovery copy so it is not silently lost.

Your Apple device backup settings may include local progress. Deleting the app removes its local data; restoring a backup may restore it. There is no separate online game account to delete.

Advertising and consent

Pocket Orbit offers optional rewarded advertising and monthly or yearly Apple subscriptions. Ads may be unavailable while Google approves the app or when no eligible video is available. Gameplay and retries remain free. Development builds use test advertising and local purchase testing.

Pocket Orbit uses Google Mobile Ads and Google’s User Messaging Platform. Google may process IP address (including approximate location), device or app identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, product interactions, crash information, and performance diagnostics for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and service operation.

The family update treats ad requests as child-directed for all players, limits content to General suitability, requests non-personalized ads and disables Google’s publisher first-party identifier. It does not request access to the iPhone advertising identifier. These choices do not mean the ad SDK collects no data. Google’s consent platform checks whether ads can be requested before production ad loading. All players receive under-age-of-consent treatment, which suppresses consent prompts; the game does not collect birth dates or ask children to consent to personalized advertising. Use Ad privacy choices in Settings when available to review your choices.

See Google’s advertising privacy information and Google’s iOS SDK data disclosures. Optional videos are only shown when you choose a reward. Ad-free entitlement stops new ad requests.

Purchases

Apple processes monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscriptions and verifies transactions. The app checks your active verified subscription to enable ad-free play and restoration, and refreshes access when a subscription renews, expires or is refunded. Saksham Goyal does not receive your payment-card information. Purchase history and refunds are managed by Apple.

Children and family controls

The games are intended for children and adults. The family update requires a local grown-up check before external links and access to subscriptions. Access to the subscription settings area expires after two minutes and locks when the app leaves the foreground. This does not change the duration of a paid membership. The check does not store answers or collect an age or date of birth. It is not consent to collect personal information. Parents or guardians should handle support requests and avoid sending children’s personal information.

When you contact support

If you email support, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond to your request. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information. Contact us if you need help with information you previously sent.

These web pages

The support and privacy pages are hosted by GitHub Pages. They contain no advertising scripts or developer analytics. GitHub may process technical request information to provide hosting under its privacy statement. External links are governed by their providers’ policies.
