Local game data

Scores, earned game cash, garage purchases, settings and saved races are stored on your device using Apple's local storage. The game does not send this progress to a developer-operated server and does not require an account. Data may be included in device backups managed by Apple according to your settings. Deleting the app removes its local data; any backups are managed separately through Apple.

Motion controls and permissions

If you enable tilt steering, device-motion readings are used to control the bike while playing or calibrating. The game does not retain or transmit these readings. You can use touch controls instead.

Optional advertising

The game integrates Google Mobile Ads for optional rewarded videos and Google's User Messaging Platform for applicable privacy messages. Core gameplay does not require watching a video. Google may process IP addresses and approximate location, device identifiers, ad interactions, diagnostics and performance information for ad delivery, measurement, analytics and service operation. These requests are made to Google and its advertising infrastructure, not to a game-progress server operated by us.

The current game requests non-personalized ads and does not request Apple's cross-app tracking permission. Non-personalized advertising can still involve device storage and measurement. Read Google's Privacy Policy and Google's advertising information for its processing, retention and available controls.

Your choices

Where required, a consent message lets you choose how advertising data is used. You can reopen Advertising privacy choices in the game's Settings wherever that option is required. Declining an optional video does not affect your base race reward or prevent you from playing. To stop future optional video requests, do not select the video offer. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data or withdraw consent.

Support messages

If you email us, your address and the information you choose to provide are used to respond and resolve the issue. Email is processed by our email provider. We retain support correspondence only as needed to handle requests and meet applicable obligations. You can ask us to delete support correspondence; we may need to retain limited records where legally required. We cannot identify or recover local game progress through your email address.

Service providers and international processing

Advertising, email and hosting providers may process data in other countries under their own privacy terms and applicable safeguards. We use providers to deliver these functions and expect appropriate protection of data processed for them. Requests about information held directly by a provider may also require contacting that provider.

These support pages

These pages contain no developer-added analytics, advertising scripts, cookies or contact forms. They are hosted on GitHub Pages, whose hosting infrastructure may process request information such as IP addresses. See the GitHub Privacy Statement. Email links open your mail application.

Children

This combat racing game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children to send personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information through support so we can address the request.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the app or its services change. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Email anitagoyaldev@gmail.com for privacy or deletion requests.
