Local game data
Interval stores local player names, reaction sessions and challenge progress on your iPhone. We do not operate an Interval account or gameplay-history server. iOS backups may include this local data depending on your settings. Removing the app removes its local container; restoring a device backup may restore that data.
Sharing challenges and results
When you use Share, you choose a destination app and send a challenge recipe or result summary. The recipient and destination service receive that content and apply their own privacy practices. Invitations do not automatically synchronize friends’ scores.
Purchases
Apple processes purchases. Interval reads verified StoreKit transactions to determine monthly or lifetime Plus access and restore eligible purchases. We do not receive payment card details. Apple manages billing, refunds and subscription settings.
Game Center
If you sign into Game Center and submit a score, Apple receives the score and manages player identity and leaderboard visibility under its privacy policy. Online boards are available when enabled in your version of Interval.
Advertising and consent
Free play may use Google AdMob interstitial ads after completed sessions. Once Plus access is verified, Interval prevents new ad requests and ad presentation. An in-flight request may finish, but its ad is discarded.
We request non-personalized advertising, disable publisher first-party ID and do not request App Tracking Transparency authorization. We do not send local player names or reaction history to Google.
Google’s SDK may process IP-derived approximate location, device/app identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, crash diagnostics and performance information for advertising, measurement and service operation. Non-personalized ads still involve data processing. Consent choices are requested where required. Use Ad privacy choices in Interval Settings when available. Declining required consent does not block gameplay.
This website and support requests
This site is hosted by GitHub Pages. We do not add advertising, analytics scripts, cookies or contact forms to these pages. GitHub processes information when hosting the site and when you use GitHub Issues. Support issues are public, so do not post sensitive personal information. If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use that correspondence to respond to your request and retain it as needed to provide support and meet applicable obligations.
Retention and your choices
Local game data remains on your device until removed with the app or otherwise cleared. Apple and Google determine retention for information they process. You can manage your Apple subscriptions, review available advertising consent choices and choose what to share. For questions about data handled by Apple, Google or GitHub, consult their policies and account controls.
