Start a session, share a challenge or find your way back to your results.
Start a reaction test
Open Play, choose a game and start a warm-up or standard test. In Traffic, wait through red and amber, then tap when the signal turns green. Tapping early is a false start.
Invite a friend
Plus members can combine up to six stages with different games and trial counts. Friends can join the included stages without buying Plus.
Some messaging apps do not make an interval:// invitation clickable. Copy the complete invitation, then use the join/paste flow in Interval’s Challenges tab. This website does not currently provide HTTPS challenge links. Share result summaries manually or compare players on the same iPhone; scores do not automatically synchronize between devices.
Restore or manage Plus
Monthly and lifetime Plus include the same benefits. Open Interval Plus and choose Restore purchases using the Apple Account that purchased access. A pending purchase, including Ask to Buy, unlocks after Apple approves it.
Manage or cancel monthly renewal in Apple subscription settings. Apple handles billing and refund requests. Deleting Interval does not cancel a subscription.
Ads and privacy choices
Free players may see an ad after a completed session. Ads do not interrupt timed trials or appear between stages in a circuit. Verified Plus access removes ads. Open Settings → Ad privacy choices when available to review consent choices. See the privacy policy for details.
Timing and history
Screen, touch, audio and haptic hardware affect measurements. Compare like-for-like games and test conditions. Player history and challenge progress are stored locally. Removing the app may remove this history; a device backup may restore it depending on your settings.
Contact support
Include the game, iPhone model, iOS version and a short description. Do not send passwords, payment card details or private purchase receipts unless specifically needed through an appropriate channel.
